Payment and Fee Policy

All fees are simple and straightforward:

 
It’s always free to list an item for sale on Pyarababy.
After your item sells, we deduct a small fee from the final order price. For all sales the fee is a flat rate of 15%. Apart from this the delivery cost is to be borne by the seller & the customer. The shipping is partially levied at time of checkout for the customer & the rest is to be borne by the seller & will be deducted while paying out.
Your earning = Final selling Price - (Our 15% Fee + Partial Shipping Cost)
 
 
 
If the product sent is not what the customer ordered, then the return shipping will also have to be borne by the seller which will be dependent on the weight of the product. 
 
 
 
Please note, your earnings are based on the listing price and actual earnings may vary based on the final order price, seller discounts, and any other applicable taxes and discounts.
 

Payment cycle

Payment for your sales is deposited securely into your bank account on the 15th day from order delivery, including your Cash on Delivery orders
 
For e.g. if your product is successfully delivered on 1st January 2021, money for that product will be deposited in your bank account on 16th January 2021.
 
You can view your deposited balance along with future payments and other things in your Pyarababy Supplier Panel. 
 

How much do you get paid?

With Pyarababy, you can sell your products at as low as 15 % fee and get your payments on time. Please note that you will also have to pay the shipping cost which is approximately Rs 120 per Kg but may vary depending on actuals.

Please note that a 5% transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
 

Refund Shipping Policy


We have a specific return policy for products that were received in damaged condition by you only. Please get back to us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a return in case the product received is damaged.

 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The products purchased by you are extra-loved items and are bound to have some signs of wear and tear. This will not be considered damage. Please note, we would need pictures and videos of the damaged product, which will then be evaluated by us and if approved, we will initiate the refund. 
 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@pyarababy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 
In case of refunds, Please note that a 5% transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount. 
 
 

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case, you receive a damaged item, the shipping will be arranged by us; without any shipping cost to the customer, which will be then delivered to the seller.
